- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 15, 2019, by Ivona GlavinicI have used them for 10+ years. I recently left a new dress worth $150. It came back discolored so I asked to speak with the owners. After several messages the owner called me 4 days later. She said she saw the dress and that it was fine. I told her it was discolored. She said they dry cleaned it as specified on the tag and that nothing was wrong with the dress to get it....Good bye. She even went as far as to imply that I ruined the dress and brought it in already damaged. Customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Do not use them if you value your clothes!!!
